Workshops and Development Opportunities

The LSG programme offers Governors and Clerks the opportunity to participate in activities which will:

• Enhance their strategic capacity
• Encourage board compliance with the Instruments and Articles of Government, audit and legislation
• Promote a climate of continuous improvement in board performance
• Engage in the diversity agenda and use it as a platform to manage talent and plan for succession
• Disseminate good practice through regional networks and conferencing
• Promote the board as a learning board
