2007 Clerks Conference

Leading Excellence in Governance

Royal York Hotel, York

This conference will examine how the 2006 Instrument and Articles, FE White Paper and any following legislation have impacted on the role of the clerk. The programme has been designed to identify the key challenges for clerks in these reforms, with subject specific workshops designed to provide the latest information on FE policy, legislation and regulation, with opportunities to debate successful implementation of any changes.

Delegates will also have the opportunity to discuss the potential impact on sector self-regulation of the 'Framework for Excellence' and other quality and financial assessment frameworks, which clerks use to benchmark and improve their institutions' performance.
